- Prices per room and night incl. breakfast, 13% VAT, 0.5% City taxes and 0.50€ government taxes (per person/night). - Fee of 40.00 € per night for extra bed. - Additional costs of 10.00 € per night for bookings under 5 nights and single occupation.. - Bookings under 5 nights can only be booked and confirmed on short notice. - Cancellation, change of booking & deposit policy We require a deposit of 40% with the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation or change of booking up to 30 days before arrival 80% of the total amount is due. After 30 days before arrival we charge the full amount. We recommend to conclude a travel insurance. |
